Bespoke visual identity for a private offices provider situated in the heart of Brussels
Nordic Spaces Palmerston provides private offices and meeting facilities in a Brussel's iconic building designed by Victor Horta in 1896, offering a unique and historic environment for their clients. They combine Nordic style with Art Nouveau grandeur, creating a 'hygge' and stylish atmosphere. Clients can enjoy beautiful views of Square Marie-Louise and Avenue Palmerston, with modern office services and facilities.
The discerning startup company sought to present a representational website that showcased their exceptional services, and required a pristine, minimalist design infused with the allure of Scandinavian style. The main goal was to provide prospective clients with info about the location, facilities, amenities, size, and price of the offices. It was also crucial to highlight the central location of the building and its convenient proximity to important places.
Logo Design
We created a unique wordmark logo that captured the essence of the stunning historic Victor Horta building itself. The tall serif typeface used for "Nordic Spaces" was carefully selected to mirror the building's sinuous, sculptural, and organic shapes, while the sans-serif font used for "Palmerston" added a contemporary and fashionable flair to the logo.
Website Design
The color palette for Nordic Spaces Palmerston's was inspired by the interior elements in the offices. A subdued dark green and a warm reddish-yellow were carefully selected to evoke a feeling of modern luxury and tranquility, while at the same time embodying the natural elements and warmth that are synonymous with Nordic Spaces design.
Hero Section
We emphasized the building's prestigious location through a custom-designed map displayed in the hero section. This allowed us to showcase the stunningly situated building and its close proximity to all the key locales that matter, such as the EU commission, train station, and airport, providing clients with a sense of the unparalleled convenience that Nordic Spaces Palmerston offers. A call-to-action (CTA) invites users to discover more about the facilities in sections below.

In order to provide a clear and concise view of the available options, we crafted custom-designed minimalist room plans and hand-picked an array of icons to display alongside amenities and facilities, ensuring that clients had a seamless understanding of the space and services available.
